As part of the recent renovations to the hotel, the restaurants were harmoniously merged and re-launched as a contemporary and modern setting, incorporating the three concepts of a wine bar, coffee lounge and restaurant. Designed to reflect the three elements of fire, water and earth, through decor and menus, the design scheme offers the freedom to choose across any one of the three areas while at the same time blending them into one individualistic style.
