The wholly re-designed Sen5es Restaurant and Wine Bar boasts a unique culinary experience prepared by our French Chef, Xavier Pique.

Xavier's motto of “fresh produce cooked simply and healthily" will appeal to those who don’t like the traditional heaviness and richness so often associated with French cuisine of the past. He has been involved in hospitality since the age of fourteen and has travelled the world working in 5 star hotel and numerous fine dining establishments with Michelin star ratings.

Sen5es offers a welcoming and relaxing environment for a casual drink and meal or sensory dining experience prepared with Xavier’s passion and fervour.

Sen5es is open for buffet breakfast from 6.00am - 10.00am Monday - Friday and 6.30am - 11am Saturday, Sundays & Public Holidays. Coffee is available throughout the day and contemporary a la carte cuisine can be enjoyed in the evenings from 5.00pm - 10.30pm every night
