Our policies to provide you a comfortable and safe stay

Noise and Party Policies: 

- Noise level:
  We ask that all guests keep the noise to a minimum to ensure comfort to all guests staying. Excessive noise levels will result in possible eviction with no refund. All music and additional noise levels are to cease from 20:00 unless a function is permitted and organized in advance with the hotel.

- Parties:
  For the comfort and safety of our guest’s only registered guests are to be in room from 19:00, all other unregistered guests will need to vacate the room and can utilize common areas such as the bar and restaurants for social gatherings. The hotel imposes a strict no party and excessive noise policy at all times and therefore immediate eviction without refund will be strictly enforced without warning to any person(s) found to be creating excessive noise, having a party in the rooms or exceeding the number of permitted guests.

- Eviction:
 Guests may receive warnings at the discretion of the manager on duty, however immediate eviction without refund can be strictly enforced without warning to any individual(s) found to be creating excessive noise, having a party in the rooms or exceeding the number of permitted guests.

- Refusal to leave: 
  In the event that a guest refuses to leave law enforcement may be called upon to have the guest physically removed from the property. In some cases, a banning notice can be issued on the guest as a result of any behavior seen unfit by the hotel.

Non-smoking Policies:

The hotel is entirely non-smoking, which includes vaping and e-cigarettes.

  • Fines and Fees:
    • Smoking Violation: $300 fine, plus a fire brigade call-out fee if the smoke detector is triggered.
    • Smoke Detector Tampering: Costs from $430 for replacing the smoke detector, plus a fire brigade call-out fee if triggered.
